career
While in college, My major was social welfare, with a focus on people with disabilities., and was involved in childcare services for schoolchildren (as an instructor exclusively for the kids who has disability) and respite care, a service for caregivers and parents to take a break. In the process, I strongly felt “the impact that contact with animals and nature has on people” and “the importance of supporting not only disabled children but also their parents, siblings, caregivers, etc.” I took a year off to study dolphin therapy in Florida, Okinawa, Shizuoka, and other places. After returning to school, I obtained a national license as a social worker and graduated from university in March, then as soon as graduating, moved immediately to the Republic of Palau in April. I worked at a dolphin research facility, planning, developing, and managing therapy programs. Through the contact with various clients from all over the world, working with multinational staff, and spending time with dolphins who do not speak the same language as her family, I realized that a single word, a moment of beautiful scenery, or an unexpected kindness or smile from a person can make a person work hard to go beyond that point.
When I was a senior in college, I met the mother of an autistic child I was in charge of at a local supermarket before my trip to Palau, and she said to me, “I believe you will make my children’s dreams come true for their future.” It has been more than 20 years since I started this search…
We moved to Sado island, my mother’s hometown, and started a small travel agency to work connecting people with nature. So, leveraging our past experiences, what kind of fascinating things can we do on this beautiful Sado Island? Our new journey began with the creation of a travel company!
A journey that reaches deep into people’s hearts.
Meetings that will become memories for a lifetime.
Follow your instinct!

career
After studying photography at a university in Taiwan and working as a photographer after graduation, he moved from Taipei, the largest city in Taiwan, to a district surrounded by nature in the southernmost part of the island, where he taught music and art to children in a mountain elementary school.
Later, she worked as a sea and nature guide in Australia and Palau, sharing the wonders of nature with people from all walks of life.
Through interacting with many people and experiencing both urban and natural living, he came to believe that his life’s work should be to find and weave a sustainable enjoyment and lifestyle in nature, rather than a life that pursues only convenience and consumption.
Upon marriage, he visited his wife’s grandparents’ home and became fascinated with the charms of Sado Island. He often visited Sado Island alone and felt strongly that he wanted to live on Sado Island, but entered the Corona Vortex. Although the opportunity did not come easily, he obtained an international tour guide license in Taiwan to emigrate to Sado, conducted several monitoring tours from Taiwan to Sado, and established a travel agency, “Sado Shizukoki”. After moving to Sado, he became interested in mowing grass and frequents home improvement stores. He has named a snake he met while mowing grass “Charlie” and uses it as a companion.
